A brief Summary of my personal and Professional Life

My father has served Indian army for 28 years and my mother has served in the capacity of teacher in Kendriya Vidyalaya for around 30 years.

India has 29 states and  7 union territories. Each state has different regional language, different culture, different climates and different food habits. My parents used to be transferred every three years to different places in India. As such my upbringing happened across various states from my school days till completion of my Masters.

I have worked in places such as UAE and New Zealand. As you are aware that UAE has extreme temperatures in summer and Likewise in New Zealand has extreme winter temperatures, with frequent rain and strong winds. The cultural mix of people working in both these countries are from across various countries.

The above information highlights that from my childhood I am used to challenge of relocation and adjusting physically and mentally to the change in the environment. Further to this I am easily adjustable to working and delivering effectively in a multi-cultural environment.

I have Celebrated following festivals across India such as Holi, Deewali, Durga Pooja, Ganesh Chaturthi , Baisakhi, Onam and Eid with my friends from different religions.

The most common thing among these festival was sweets and I had a upper hand because I used yo get sweets from all my friends staying in quarters and the sweets in their own house used to finished in a day and I had a lot of stocks to last a week and had a upper hand on that context.

I strongly believe learning never stops and one should always explore for knowledge. I believe that apart from Trainer role I can strongly utilise my multiskills effectively in various areas in  a firm so as to develop sound strategies and innovative methodologies to enable the business transformation.

I still like reading comics mainly Amar Chitra Katha and love watching Cartoon movies such as Tom and Jerry.

My hobbies include cooking and reading and watching suspense thriller movies.

I bring to the table more than 22 years in Multiple Industries, (Telecom, Courier, Coir and Mattresses, Tourism, Manufacturing, Furniture and Import & Export) in Multicultural Environment (India, UAE & New Zealand) and in Multidisciplinary Fields namely (SAP R/3 Training & Consulting, Lean Management Consulting and Academics).  

I consider myself as a continuous learner and a multi-skilled person well versed in management field and SAP.As a SAP trainer I have delivered End-user Training to more than 400 MBA and PGDBM students through SAP-U Academy Program in Various Modules such as FICO,MM,PP,SD and WM .Further to this I consider myself to be unique in delivering SAP Audit Training & Enablement Program which is a Post-Implementation Training which verification of analysing the missing components during the implementation and can be rectified. This was successfully delivered at Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA). 

Time and again I have delivered SAP MM implementation training and has been delivering comprehensive integrated FI-MM training at Wipro Limited, Bangalore, India and trained 6 batches of students at BARKAT EDUCATION SOLUTIONS AND TRAINING (BEST). I am good at developing training contents as an evidence you can have access to my training material publications as books available in SAP Implementation, End user and Post Implementation in FI,MM,SD and WM and in Logistics Management in Amazon and sold across 13 countries namely USA, UK, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Japan, Canada, Brazil, Mexico, Australia and India. 

I posses strong functional knowledge in the Logistics Management and Supply Chain Function and have successfully implemented Lean Management across various organisations. 

I have trained more than 1000 B-School Students in Multiple Business Areas such as Transportation and Distribution Management, Inventory Management, Purchase Management, Export and Import Procedure and Documentation, Warehouse Management, Lean Logistics, Packaging and Packing, Operation Research, Market Research and Materials management.
